Littlefield Christmas & Apple Tree Farm Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions regulate the business relationship we have with you the customer. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By using this website www.littlefieldfarm.co.uk or buying goods from us you agree to be bound by them.

Our website guides you through the steps needed to choose a tree and place an order with us. Please read and check your order on each page of the process. The website will not allow you to book a delivery to an address outside our delivery area but you can contact us on our contact page using the “delivery” option and enquire as to whether delivery might be possible to your home.

After you have placed your order you will receive an e-mail from us to let you know we have received your order. Please bring this email with you (or on your phone) when collecting your trees.

In accordance with United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations 2000, Christmas trees are classed as perishable goods so orders cannot be cancelled or returned. Should you have a problem with a tree or tree stand you have purchased from us then please call us on 01582 765027 and leave a message if necessary.

Please collect your tree at the time and date booked when making your purchase. We cannot guarantee to hold your tree past this time and date.

Please remember Christmas trees are natural products and are all unique. We aim to supply the highest quality we can and will do our very best to find the size and shape you have ordered but inevitably we all have different ideas as to what a slim-to-medium or full tree should look like so we hope you will understand if this year your tree is not quite as you would have chosen.

If you are a regular customer you will know that this is not the way we like to do things but this is the only way we can operate this year and keep us all safe.

Deliveries

Delivery slots are chosen at the time of purchase and can be from 1 to 3 days after the point of sale (as the trees are fresh cut trees).

Due to the volume and logistics of delivering fresh Christmas trees, exact time slots are not currently available (just day slots).

Where possible, a notification will be sent to you via email or text the day before your chosen delivery date to confirm whether your delivery will arrive in the morning (8am-12pm) or afternoon (12pm-8pm). If more accurate timings nearer the time of delivery can be provided, we will endeavour to do so.

If no one is in to accept the delivery of your tree on the day you have chosen, the driver will leave your tree in a safe location, as close as possible to the front door. An image of the tree in its location will be captured.

In line with Government guidelines and to protect our customers and staff, delivery drivers are not permitted to carry trees in to any house / property nor to enter any rear garden space.

Goods are left at your own risk at the delivery address and Littlefield Farm is not responsible for any damage or loss of your goods.

During the order process you can give instructions for the driver as to where to leave your delivery if no one is in; we cannot guarantee these instructions will be followed as it is at the discretion of the driver and the Covid 19 guidelines.
