Frequently Asked Questions

If you want to know about our click & collect or delivery services, see the details on each of their pages.

For anything else, you should find the answers here.

If you still can’t find what you’re looking for, contact us using the form below and we’ll do our best to get you squared away!

No. Just the opposite in fact.

Whilst our trees are cut as late as possible in late November, they have all now been harvested.

If you take your tree home early and place it in some water outside, it will be kept healthy and hydrated until it’s time to bring it indoors.

We do regularly water and maintain the cut trees at the farm, but they won’t get as much individual attention as they’ll get from you at home.

The number of slots and the dates available are displayed during checkout.

We will look at opening more of these up in due course, but to guarantee getting your tree, we recommend taking one of the slots available, even if it’s earlier than you’d usually choose.

Placed in a bucket of water outside or in the shed, your tree will remain fresh until it’s time to bring it indoors and decorate it.

Your tree will be very happy to come home with you early this year.

Simply place it in a bucket of water in the garden or shed until it’s time to decorate it.

This year we recommend getting your tree as early as possible.

Collection and delivery slots are limited due to the additional work involved in organising them.

We’re in Harpenden, Herts. You can find our address and a handy map on our contact page.

We are opening at 9.30am to 5pm for timed collections.

Deliveries will be between 8am and 8pm 7 days a week.

We are sorry to say that we will only be able to offer click and collect or click and delivery after/if the lockdown is lifted.

This is because we don’t have enough room to allow our customers to choose their tree safely and keep our staff safe too.

Delivery and collection options will be displayed during the checkout process.

Yes. Bring along your own bag (and maybe some gardening gloves for the holly!) and you’ll be able to pick some up on your way through the queue at the farm.

We will have someone wearing protective equipment who can help you load your tree into your car but for insurance reasons he will not be able to tie the tree to your roof.

Do not worry about this. We will be drilling all the trees so you don’t have to worry. If you do not need your tree drilling for your stand this will not affect your tree.
