In addition to our new Christmas tree click & collect service, this year, we’re offering a local delivery service too.
So, if you’d rather stay at home and have your tree brought to you, simply select this option at checkout.
Delivery slots are chosen at the time of purchase and can be from 1 to 3 days after the point of sale (as the trees are fresh cut trees).
Due to the volume and logistics of delivering fresh Christmas trees, exact time slots are not currently available (just day slots).
Where possible, a notification will be sent to you via email or text the day before your chosen delivery date to confirm whether your delivery will arrive in the morning (8am-12pm) or afternoon (12pm-8pm). If more accurate timings nearer the time of delivery can be provided, we will endeavour to do so.
If no one is in to accept the delivery of your tree on the day you have chosen, the driver will leave your tree in a safe location, as close as possible to the front door. An image of the tree in its location will be captured.
In line with Government guidelines and to protect our customers and staff, delivery drivers are not permitted to carry trees in to any house / property nor to enter any rear garden space.
Goods are left at your own risk at the delivery address and Littlefield Farm is not responsible for any damage or loss of your goods.
During the order process you can give instructions for the driver as to where to leave your delivery if no one is in; we cannot guarantee these instructions will be followed as it is at the discretion of the driver and the Covid 19 guidelines.
When ordering your tree, if your delivery address is outside of the local delivery boundaries, the ordering process will automatically default to click and collect.
